Alexander’s Birthday was so fun! We had so many of our good friends there to celebrate with us and knew those that could not come were there “in our hearts” – as Karina would say.
Like I said in my last post, I planned lots of fun activities for the kids to do, just like at a carnival. Here Natalie is decorating party hats with her two oldest.
Landon loved finding a bug in the beans! When you found one you got to keep the toy! Here I love the expression on Karina’s face when she got the Velcro ball to stick on the felt clown!
The fun part about having it at Lake Jacomo was the shelter we rented had a swing set and a play set for everyone to play on. Grandma liked pushing Karina on the swings!
Brick was having fun at the duck pond! He picked number 2! He is too cute! There was a different prize for each number 1-3.
We were hoping Alexander would fall asleep on the drive to the lake but he wanted to talk and play on the way there. Grandma got Alexander to fall asleep while holding him (which doesn't happen very often) about an hour after we got there.
Lance was the grill master! Neither Michael or I are great at grilling! Lack of practice is our problem I guess. Lances burgers were perfect! I ate a hotdog and it was perfect too! Thanks Lance!
Conrad volunteered to do the face painting. He did such a nice job on his artwork! Everyone loved their butterflies and other works of art!
For dinner we did potluck with the help of our awesome friends. The food was so yummy and the company was unbeatable!
Baby Sam loved playing in the big puddle till he was wet all the way up his legs! That did not stop him cause he was playing in a puddle!!!!
Martie is so such a sweet cutie! She was happy hanging out in the highchair while Alexander took his nap.

The Aggabaos got so lost getting to the party we were all cleaned up by the time they found us. That was way stinky! It was fun for the kids to play together for a little while before we HAD to go home for bedtime.
