A hiking we will go!

All of the Woodward, Payne, Gavin clan (minus Becca, who had stayed in Salt Lake) went and hiked Mt Tempanogus, all the way up to the caves at the top! See, we are happy on the way up. Julie walked with the slow pokes like myself, Mom, Conrad and Spencer on the way up. It was very nice when they started putting red lines on the trail that said, "Do not stop on the red lines! Falling rock!" Spencer started telling us not to stop!

A self portrait! What a cute kid! Conrad wanted to hold the camera on the way up. He loves to take pictures!Conrad loves to take pictures of the view every time he stopped! He got some great pictures like this one!This is the "J" tree we found for Julie! The trunk is shaped in a perfect J! We finally made it to the top! Ken was so great to carry Karina almost all the way up! Then he came back down and helped carry up Spencer! Can you say, Wow! I'm so very glad that I am not a pioneer!

Inside the caves was so nice and cool! Karina was pretty well behaved for a baby needing a nap. Conrad found some cool things to take pictures of like this one with Rachel and Karina in it. Can you tell what it is?That's right, a dinosaur! I love this picture of the water and the formations!Karina slept all the way down in the baby front pack! She was a little heavy but I was not doing too bad on the down hill. It was really the up that killed me!
