I asked the kids if they wanted a beater. Conrad said he did not want one. She was very excited about getting one. I had the other and it was yummy! Look at her cute little lip in this one!

This is the cake I made for the Labor Day Bar-B-Q at Mom and Dad's. The spring violets are pretty much gone off of the ground but I still thought we needed some more. The cake went with the home-made ice cream Mom made. It was a big hit and there was not one piece left at the end of the night.
