St Louis Science City

On the way home from IL we had so much fun with my cousin Amanda, her daughter Emma and Grandma.  After our tasty, over priced lunch (if you ever come here be sure to bring your own lunch!) we had fun looking around and playing with all sort of stuff and learning some fun information!  My favorite part was when we walked down the stairs to the first exhibit there was a life size T-Rex and Triceratops!  Karina let out a gasp when it Rorrrred and Alexander looked at it and let a out a baby rorrrr of his own!  It was so cute!2011-06-18 0011

Our other favorite was the sky walk over the freeway.  The kids loved looking through the glass on the floor to the cars whizzing past.

While Amanda, Emma, Grandma and Karina went to see what was on the other side of the bride, Alexander was fascinated with the stairs that I was ALOWING him to play on all by himself, while I stood at the bottom of the 3 steps. I stood on whichever side Alexander was playing on so others would use the other side of the steps or the ramps going around on each side.    He would have played on the steps for hours and was a little disappointed when we had to leave.   2011-06-19

It was great, I would recommend it to anyone.  It was free but you had to pay for parking if you parked in their parking on the same side as the museum, on the other side of the freeway was a free parking lot.  If you are planning on going here is their web sight to see what exhibits are featured.  http://www.slsc.org/

We've gone under that bridge a ton of times....but now I want to spot and visit. Glad you had a great time. There are stairs like that at the bowling alley that Neil loved too.
